Safety Recall: SLX Front Brake Line
BACKGROUND
Some left front brake lines were improperly installed, so there is insufficient clearance between the brake line and the upper suspension. If the brake line rubs against the suspension, it can become damaged, resulting in brake fluid leakage. If this occurs, the front brakes may become inoperative, reducing overall braking performance without warning. This could result in longer than normal stopping distances and could lead to a vehicle Crash.
