NOTE: Before troubleshooting.
- Check the No.47 (20A) fuse in the under-hood fuse, relay box, and the No.9 (10A) fuse in the driver's under-dash fuse/relay box.
- Check that the horn sounds.
- Check the speedometer to see if it works properly.
