REPAIR PROCEDURE

1. Raise the vehicle, and replace the rubber exhaust mount that supports the center of the exhaust system.

2. Test-drive the vehicle with the engine at about 2,000 rpm, and listen for droning from the exhaust system:

^ If no droning is heard, or the droning is significantly reduced, the repair is complete. A slight droning in cold weather is considered a normal trait. Return the vehicle to the customer.

^ If the original droning is still present, proceed with normal troubleshooting.
