2nd Clutch Transmission Fluid Pressure Switch Replacement

1. Do the battery removal procedure. Removal and Replacement

2. Remove the charge air cooler cover.

3. Remove the air cleaner. Service and Repair

4. Remove the battery base. Engine Removal

5. Remove the intake air duct (A).






6. Disconnect the 2nd clutch transmission fluid pressure switch connector, and remove the switch.

7. Install the new 2nd clutch transmission fluid pressure switch (A) and a new sealing washer (B), and tighten the switch.

8. Make sure there is no water, oil, dust, or foreign particles inside the connector.

9. Connect the connector securely.

10. Install the intake air duct, and secure it with the clips. Install the hose in the clamp on the intake air duct.

11. Install the battery base. Engine Installation

12. Install the air cleaner. Service and Repair

13. Install the charge air cooler cover.

14. Do the battery installation procedure. Removal and Replacement

15. Do the power window control unit reset procedure. Testing and Inspection
