Driver's Power Seat Motor Test

1. Remove the driver's seat Front Seat Removal/Installation.

2. Remove the back cover for recline motor Front Seat-back Cover/Pad Replacement.

3. Disconnect the connector from each power seat motor.

NOTE: All connectors are terminal side of male terminals.










4. Test each motor by connecting power and ground according to the table. When the motor stops running, disconnect battery power immediately.





5. If the motor does not run or fails to run smoothly, replace the slide motor Front Seat Frame Replacement - Driver's Seat.

NOTE:If front and rear up-down motor, and recline motor are faulty, replace the seat frame assembly Front Seat Frame Replacement - Driver's Seat.
