CORRECTIVE ACTION

Regardless of the condition of the floor mats, replace all four floor mats if the date of manufacture is prior to June 1, 1986.

How to Identify Date of Manufacture

Read the code stamped on the underside of the driver's floor mat to identify the month, day and year of manufacture. For example, a code stamped "030586" means the floor mats were manufactured on March 5, 1986.
