Oxygen Sensor: Description and Operation

The oxygen sensor (two on Legend models), located in the exhaust manifold(s), detects the oxygen content in the exhaust gas and inputs this information to the ECU. The ECU then varies the duration of injection to optimize fuel economy and performance.
