Battery: Description and Operation

The ECU obtains vehicle power through 4 separate terminals. Terminal B1 connects directly to battery voltage. This power is used to maintain fault code memory. Terminals A13, A15 and A17 all receive voltage whenever the ignition switch is turned on.
