Heater Core Temperature Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

CAUTION:
- All SRS wiring harnesses are covered with yellow outer insulation.
- Before disconnecting any part of the SRS wire harness, install the short connectors.
- Replace the entire affected SRS harness assembly if it has an open circuit or damaged wiring.





1. Remove the glove box lower panel. Service and Repair





2. Disconnect the 8P connector and 4P connector.
3. Remove the screws from the harness clamps, then pull the retaining clip out of the slot that the sensor sits in and remove the heater core temperature sensor.
