Without Scan Tool

To use malfunction indicator lamp, proceed as follows:
- Connect service connector special tool No. 07PAZ--0010100, or equivalent, to service check connector located under passenger's side of dash.
- Turn ignition switch to On position.
- malfunction indicator lamp will indicate data trouble code by number of flashes.
- Obtain the flash code and compare it to Trouble Code Descriptions Diagnostic Trouble Code Descriptions to find the appropriate P Code Diagnostic chart.
