Out of warranty:
Any repair performed after warranty expiration may be eligible for goodwill consideration by the District Technical Manager or your Zone Office. You must request consideration, and get a decision, before starting work.
NOTE:
Freight (handling) will be billed along with the Dealer Net charge for the Remanufactured Automatic Transmission. This billing will appear on your Open Parts account. Do not use the packing slip to determine billing. Freight is reimbursable on the same warranty claim used for the repair. Submit freight charges under warranty sublet using type code F1.
