Key Cylinder Lamp: Description and Operation

Voltage is applied at all times to the ignition key light in the steering lock through fuse 30 and to the integrated control unit through fuse 7. When you open the driver's door, the integrated control unit provides a ground for the ignition key light. The light goes ON and stays ON for 10 seconds after the door is closed.
