Transmission Mode Switch: Testing and Inspection

1. Disconnect the 14P connector from the A/T gear position switch.

A/T Gear Position Switch Test:

2. Check for continuity between the terminals in each position according to the table and confirm that there is continuity only in positions [2], [D3], and [D4].
3. If necessary, replace the A/T gear position switch.
