Cooling System: Description and Operation

Radiator Fan Control:
When the engine oil temperature is above approximately 198° F (92° C) after the engine has stopped, the radiator fan will run for about 15 minutes. The engine coolant temperature (ECT) switch is in the thermostat housing. The engine oil temperature switch is located on the valve cover. The radiator fan control module is located behind the glove box.
