Product Update Campaign: Driver's Seat Belt Buckle Dear 1999 3.5RL Owner:

We are sending you this letter to notify you of a potential problem with your 1999 3.5RL.

What is the problem?
On some 1999 3.5RLs, a switch in the driver's seat belt switch harness may cause the SRS indicator light on the dash panel gauge assembly to stay on when the ignition switch is on.

What should you do?
Contact your local Acura dealer, and make an appointment to have your vehicle repaired. Your dealer will replace the driver's seat belt buckle/seat belt switch harness with a new part. This work will be done free of charge. Please plan to leave your vehicle at the dealer for at least half a day to allow for scheduling flexibility.
