Front Seat Disassembly/Reassembly - 8-Way Power

SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations and precautions and procedures before performing repairs or service.

1. Disassemble the seat as shown.




2. Reassemble the seat in the reverse order of disassembly, and note these items:
- Route the seat wire harness correctly.
- Make sure the rear seat access cable is connected securely.
- Make sure the bushing and pivot washer are installed correctly.
- Apply multipurpose grease to the moving portion of the seat track.
- To prevent wrinkles in the seat-back cover, stretch the material evenly over the pad.
