General
GeneralThe front and rear bumpers are made of polybutylene terephthalate and can be repaired if the damage or deformation is minor. This manual offers the standard practice for repairing the bumpers, which are similar to those of other resins such as polypropylene (PP) and urethane. When repair is necessary, be sure to follow the instructions described. Use of paints other than those specified, such as acrylic lacquers, may damage the bumpers.
