Seat Covers Are Loose at the Headrests
SYMPTOM
When you sit in a front seat, the front seat-back panel pulls down at the headrest and exposes the seat cushion.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Sew a color-coordinated panel onto the bottom of the headrest opening on the front side of the seat covers.

Any repair performed after warranty expiration may be eligible for goodwill consideration by the District Parts and Service Manager or your Zone Office. You must request consideration, and get a decision, before starting work.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1. Remove both front seat covers (see page 20-76 of the 2002-03 RSX Service Manual).
2. Have a reliable upholstery repair shop sew a patch panel to the front of each seat cover as shown.
3. Reinstall the front seat covers with the new C-clips.
4. Hook the patch panel opening over the wire loop in the seat-back.
