Countershaft Bearing Replacement

Special Tools Required
- Oil seal driver 07JAD-PL90100
- Adjustable bearing puller, 25-40 mm 07JAC-PH80100





1. Remove the bearing set plate (A) from the clutch housing (B).





2. Remove the needle bearing (A) using the special tools, then remove the oil guide plate C (B).





3. Position the oil guide plate C (A) and new needle bearing (B) in the bore of the clutch housing (C).
4. Install the needle bearing using the special tools.





5. Install the bearing set plate (A) with bolts (B).
