Calibrating the Outside Temperature Display

In '05 RLs, you can adjust the outside temperature display on the MID in the range of -5°F to +5°F to improve accuracy. Here's how you do it:

1. With the ignition switch set to ON (II), press the INFO (Up Arrow or Down Arrow) buttons on the right side of the steering wheel for more than 3 seconds, then release them.

2. From the CUSTOMIZE ENTRY screen on the MID, press the INFO buttons to select CHG SETTING, and press the SEL/RESET button on the right side of the steering wheel.

3. Press the INFO buttons to select METER SETUP, and press the SEL/RESET button.

4. Press the INFO buttons to select ADJUST OUTSIDE TEMP. DISPLAY, and press the SEL/RESET button.

5. Press the INFO buttons to adjust the temperature. Then press the SEL/RESET button to enter your selection. You'll see a confirmation screen for 2 seconds, then you'll see the CUSTOMIZE ENTRY screen again.
