Technology Package RLs Use Different Wheel Nuts

You're probably aware that '06 RLs come in two trim levels: standard and Technology Package. But did you know each trim level uses different types of wheel nuts?

The wheel nuts used for Technology Package RLs have spherical flanges to handle the Michelin(R) PAX System(TM). The wheel nuts for the standard RL have flat flanges. Neither of these wheel nuts are interchangeable, so it's really important you don't get them mixed up. In a nutshell, here's what you need to know:





^ Wheel Nut (M14) (P/N 90304-SJA-A91):

Applicable to '06 Technology Package RLs





^ Wheel Nut (P/N 90304-SHJ-A91):

Applicable to '05-06 standard RLs.

While we're on the subject of wheel nuts, the standard and Technology Package RLs use different accessory wheel locks, too. Here's the lowdown:





^ Wheel Lock (P/N 08W42-SJA-200A):

Set of four wheel locks plus a key. Applicable to '06 Technology Package RLs.





^ Wheel Lock (P/N 08W42-SJA-200):

Set of four wheel locks plus a key. Applicable to '05-06 standard RLs.
