Auxiliary Air Valve (Idle Speed): Service and Repair

Intake Air Bypass Control Thermal Valve Replacement

1. Remove the intake manifold cover, K20A3 engine, K20A2/K20Z1 engines.




2. Disconnect the hoses (A).
3. Remove the intake air bypass control thermal valve (B).
4. Install the valve in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Position the valve angle as shown.
