Evaporative Emission Control Canister: Service and Repair

EVAP Canister Replacement 2005-2006 models




1. Remove the EVAP canister cover (A).




2. Remove the hoses (A), the FTP sensor 3P connector (B), the EVAP canister vent shut valve 2P connector (C) and the quick-connect fittings (D).
3. Remove the nuts (E).
4. Remove the EVAP canister assembly (F).
5. Install the canister in the reverse order of removal.
