DTC 59-1

DTC 59-1: SH-AWD Control Unit Power Supply Monitor Circuit

1. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
2. Start the engine.
3. Check for DTCs with the HDS. Is DTC 59-1 indicated?

YES - Go to step 4.

NO - Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.

4. Measure voltage between SH-AWD control unit connector terminals B1 and B2.





Is there 18 V or more?

YES - Check the charging system.

NO - Replace the SH-AWD control unit.
