Rear Seat
Rear Seat Removal/InstallationNOTE: Take care not to scratch the body or tear the seat covers.
1. Remove the bolt from between the seat-back (A) and the seat cushion (B).
2. Pull the seat hook knobs (A) while pushing down on the seat cushion (B) to release the hooks (C).
3. Pull back the seat cushion to release the center seat belt (D) and seat belt buckles (E) from their slits (F), and remove it.
4. Remove either of the head restraint.
5. Release the center seat belt (A) from the guide (B).
6. On both sides, insert a wrench into the slits (A), and loosen the bolts.
7. Remove the bolts securing the seat-back (A).
8. Lift the seat-back (A) up to release the brackets (B) from the bolts (C) on the body, then remove the seat-back.
9. Install the seat in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- Guide the belts over the front of the seat-back as you install it.
- Before attaching the rear seat-back and cushion, make sure there are no twists or kinks in the seat belts.
- When installing the seat cushion, slip the seat belt buckles through the slits in the seat cushion.
