DTC B1105: Door Multiplex Control Unit Lost Communication with MICU (Door Switch Message) ('05-07 models)

NOTE: If you are troubleshooting multiple DTC's, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN system diagnosis Test Mode A.

1. Clear the DTCs using the HDS.
2. Cycle the ignition switch to OFF, and then back ON.
3. Check for DTCs using the HDS.

Is DTC B1105 indicated?

YES - Go to step 4.

NO - Intermittent failure, MICU is OK at this time. Check for loose or poor connections. If the connections are good, check the battery condition and the charging system.

4. Check for DTCs in the gauge control module and relay control module using the HDS.

Are DTCs B1057 and B1159 also indicated?

YES - Go to MICU Input Test. MICU Input Test

NO - Go to Power Window Master Switch Input Test. Master Switch Input Test
