Front Inner Fender Replacement

NOTE:

- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
- Take care not to scratch the body.
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.

1. Remove the front wheel.

2. Remove the front inner fender (A).

1. Canada models: On the back of the wheel arch, remove the screws (B) and the clip (C), and remove the front splash guard (D).

2. Except Canada models: On the back of the wheel arch, remove the screws (E).

3. From under the front bumper (F), remove the bolts (G) and detach the clip (H) securing the front strake (I), the front bumper, and the front inner fender.

4. From the wheel arch, detach the clips (J) securing the front bumper and the front inner fender.

5. From the wheel arch, detach the clips (K, L, M) that secure the front inner fender (and splash shield) to the body.

6. With SH-AWD (left side): Release the front inner fender from the front brake duct (N).

7. Release the hook (O) on the splash shield, then remove the front inner fender.

NOTE: To release the clips C, J, K, M, pry up on the center pin at the notch (P).





3. Install the inner fender in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
- Push the clips and the hook into place securely.
