NOTE:

- Check the vehicle battery condition first Battery Test.
- This navigation DTC sets when a problem (open or short) is detected in the GA-Net BUS.
- Check any official Honda service website for more service information about the navigation system.
- Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the General Troubleshooting Information How To Troubleshoot The Navigation System.

1. Clear the hard error code.

2. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), or press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode, then back to ON (II), or press the engine start/stop button to select the ON mode.

3. Go into the System Diagnostic Mode, and select the Self-Diagnosis Mode.

4. Check the System Links.

Is the XM icon red?

YES -

Go to XM radio display is blank and no station information is displayed (Canada models with navigation system) troubleshooting XM Radio Display Is Blank and No Station Information Is Displayed (Canada Models With Navigation).�

NO -

Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.�
