Advanced Diagnostics - DTC P0835: Clutch Pedal Position Switch B Circuit Low Voltage

General Description
The engine control module (ECM) monitors the clutch pedal position switch B signal to switch the starting system from auto control mode to manual mode when it malfunctions. When the ECM cannot detect a CLOSE signal from clutch pedal position switch B while the clutch pedal is released, the detection continues after the engine start/stop button is pressed to select the OFF mode. If the malfunction continues for a set time after the engine start/stop button is pressed to select the OFF mode, the ECM detects a malfunction and stores a DTC.
