Door Lock Knob Switch Test

Driver's Door

1. Remove the driver's door panel Front Door Panel Removal / Installation.

2. Disconnect the 10P connector (A) from the door lock actuator (B).






3. Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table.






4. If the continuity is not as specified, the switch is faulty, replace the driver's door latch Service and Repair.

Passenger's Doors

1. Remove the passenger's door panel:

- Front passenger's door Front Door Panel Removal / Installation
- Left rear and right rear doors Rear Door Panel Removal / Installation

2. Disconnect the 10P connector (A) from the door lock actuator (B).






3. Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table.





4. If the continuity is not as specified, the switch is faulty, replace the door latch.

- Front passenger's door latch Service and Repair
- Left rear and right rear door latches Service and Repair
