Light switch turned on, the cruise control combination switch illumination does not come on

Check the No. 6 (7.5 A) fuse in the passenger's under-dash fuse/relay box.

Do the cruise control combination switch test Testing and Inspection.

Check the audio remote switch Audio Remote Switch Test.

Also check for

Open circuit, loose or disconnected terminals: GRY, GRN/RED, or RED wires
