Radiator Replacement
1. Drain the engine coolant Service and Repair.
2. Remove the bulkhead cover Front Bulkhead Cover Replacement.
3. Do the battery removal procedure.
4. Remove the battery base.
5. Remove the A/C condenser fan shroud assembly..
6. Remove the radiator fan shroud assembly.
7. Disconnect the lower radiator hose (A).
8. Remove the power steering hose clamp (B).
9. Disconnect the ATF cooler hoses (C) from the transmission, then plug the ATF cooler hoses and the lines.
10. Disconnect the ATF cooler hoses (A), then plug the ATF cooler hoses and the lines.
11. Remove the radiator upper brackets (A), then pull up the radiator (B).
12. Remove the other parts from the radiator.
13. Install the radiator in the reverse order of removal. Make sure the upper and lower cushions are set securely.
14. Install the battery base.
15. Do the battery installation procedure.
16. Refill the transmission with ATF ATF Level Check.
17. Fill the radiator with engine coolant, and bleed the air from the cooling system Service and Repair.
18. Clean up any spilled engine coolant.
