Fuel System
Problem:

One piece plastic injector insert is difficult to remove by using tool US 1123/1.


Cause:

The fuel injector insert cracks or breaks in the cylinder head; threads strip or the hex rounds out.



Service Solution:

Remove the fuel injector insert using Snap-On extractor number SR-20 (or equivalent).
