Push Rod, Adjusting:

Beginning with the 1986 Model Year, the brake boosters installed in production have adjustable push rods.

Before installing a booster with this push rod, check the length and adjust if necessary.

^ a = 269.0 mm (10 19/32 in.)

Note

When measuring, the push rod must be perpendicular to the surface of the brake booster.
