Subject: Unstable Idle - Hunting
Cause:

O-ring on connecting pipe (plastic) for air shrouded injection system located on the cylinder head not sealing properly.

Production Change:

Press fit steel pipe installed.

Service Solution:

Install connecting pipe (white), P/N 049 103 499G, with O-ring (green), P/N 026 103 487A.

NOTE: Steel pipe used in production cannot be service installed.
