Channel 14 - High Pressure Sensor
The high pressure sensor sends a corresponding NTC resistance signal from which the control panel head calculates refrigerant pressure. This information will be used to turn the A/C compressor off if the high side refrigerant pressure exceeds a predetermined level.To activate the display:
- If necessary, press the OFF button while pressing the OUTSIDE TEMP button.
- Press the WARMER button until '14 is displayed.
- Press the COOLER button to display the high pressure sensor value.
^ Display should read between 100 to 225 with A/C compressor shut-off.
^ 00 means sensor or sensor wiring short circuited.
^ 255 means sensor open.
