Vehicle Damage Warnings

CAUTION: Follow these rules carefully when working on the fuel system:

- Thoroughly clean connecting points and their surrounding areas before loosening.
- Lay pieces that have been removed on a clean surface and cover them with a plastic film or paper - do NOT use cloths with lint.
- Carefully wrap or enclose parts that have been opened if the repair will NOT be completed.
- Use clean parts only.
- do NOT unwrap replacement parts until just before installing them.
- do NOT use any parts that have been stored loose or unwrapped (i.e., in tool boxes).
- When the fuel system is open:
- do NOT use compressed air unless necessary.
- move vehicle as little as possible.
