Hydraulic Clutch Operation - Clicking Noise Between

3,000 - 5,000 RPM


Cause: The spring lugs of the pressure plate may stimulate vibrations which can be transferred to the clutch hydraulic system via the release bearing.

Service: 100/200 Install clutch hydraulic line with noise damper - P/N 443 721 465B - with tube (6 mm diameter) P/N 443 721 477M.

80/90 Install clutch hydraulic line with noise damper P/N 893 721 477B.

The coiled end of the new hydraulic line is connected to the slave cylinder. After installing new hydraulic line carefully bleed hydraulic clutch system.
