Model(s): All Models With 5 Cylinder Engine M.Y. From 1983


This Technical Bulletin supersedes all previously published repair information concerning front crankshaft oil seal removal.


Tool No. 3203 is required to remove front crankshaft oil seal.





Work Procedure:

Crankshaft oil seal (pulley side), removing.

^ remove V-belt pulley and vibration damper

^ remove crankshaft seal using tool 3203


Refer to repair manual for detailed disassemble and reassemble information.


Note:

Attempting to remove front crankshaft oil seal using any other tool can damage oil pump housing.
