WARRANTY
If the multimeter is received from Kent-Moore in a damaged or defective condition, a replacement meter should be ordered from Kent-Moore.

Send the claim for the replacement meter along with the failed meter to:

If the multimeter becomes defective after use, but before the warranty period expires, return it to Beckman Instruments, Inc. Beyond the warranty period, repair of the meter can also be performed by Beckman Instruments, Inc.
