Engine Control Module: Description and Operation

The injection control unit receives input signals from the air flow sensor potentiometer, altitude sensor, oxygen sensor, coolant temperature sensor, throttle valve switches, and the ignition control unit. Using the information from these inputs the control unit continually optimizes the fuel mixture.
