Rattle or clicking noise when turning the steering wheel or driving over bumps. This rattle can be heard and/or felt when driving.





Cause

Loose tie rods (Arrow A) at the steering rack connecting point.


Production

Improved production as of 12/90, VIN 44_MN030000


Service

- Replace tie rods assembly.

- Properly torque all associated bolts and nuts.

- Align front end.
