What Is Not Covered

Scheduled maintenance services described in the vehicle's Maintenance Booklet, including filters, lubricants, fluids, wheel alignments and balancing, idle speed and other adjustments unless necessary for a covered warranty repair.

Damage or malfunctions due to misuse, alteration, accident or fire, including improper repair of the vehicle, use of unsuitable fuel, use of the vehicle in competitive events and failure to follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance requirements.

All components not listed under Terms and Warranty Coverage in this circular are not covered by the Audi Used Car Advantage Limited Warranty with Powertrain Plus Protection.

WARRANTY REPAIRS PERFORMED BY AUTHORIZED AUDI DEALERS IN U.S.

Except as set forth under "Emergency Repairs", warranty repairs must be performed by an authorized Audi dealer in the United States. This warranty does not apply outside the United States.

EMERGENCY REPAIRS

Emergency warranty repairs may be necessary if the customer is unable to have repairs performed by an authorized Audi dealer and has no recourse other than to have them performed by an independent repair facility. To refund the customer, follow the procedure outlined in the Audi Warranty Policies and Procedures Manual.

$25.00 DEDUCTIBLE

Warranty repairs will include a $25.00 deductible per repair visit payable by the customer. The deductible amount is payable only once, even if additional repair attempts are necessary to repair the same defect covered by this warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE

This warranty is made to the original purchaser of each eligible pre-owned Audi vehicle and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES

Any implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for any particular purpose, are limited in duration to the terms of the express warranty where permitted by State law.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

In offering the limited warranty described in this circular, dealers must comply with the Federal Trade Commission Used Motor Vehicle Trade Regulation Rule as well as all other Federal and State laws respecting the offering of an Audi Used Car Advantage Limited Warranty with Powertrain Plus Protection.
