Cause:
A. Inadequate lubrication.
B. Unfavorable tolerance.
C. Excessive play.
D. Relative movement of seat frame tubings.

A. Improved lubrication at height adjustment bearings. Change of lubricant.

Service:
A. Lubricate suspension loops of release springs and height adjustment bearings (i.e. front/rear joints - hinges, bearing in cross tube and in left/right friction pads) with silicone spray, P/N D 007 000 04, or similar.

B. Loosen mounting extension of seat belt buckle, adjust, and secure with liquid locking compound, P/N D 000 600, starting torque 60 N-m.

C/D. Replace with new P/N 893 881 025K.
