Cause:
Loose connection betveen filler plate "A" and body (caused by temperature radiation from catalytic converter).


Production:
Spacers installed between filler plate and body.

Service:
- Loosen fastening nuts on filler plate "A"

- Install spacers P/N 111 129 720 (4x) between filler plate P/N 893 803 157 and body

- Retorque nuts to 22 N-m.
