Front Bumper: Service and Repair

Front Bumper Assembly:

Front bumper, removing/installing

USA vehicles:

Canadian vehicles:

Removing
• remove alternator air cooling hose from bumper
• remove bumper bolts (arrows)
• pull bumper forward out of guides
• remove wiring for turn signals
• remove bumper

Installing
Install in reverse order, noting the following:
• lift center strip A when pushing bumper info guides
• tighten bolts to 23 Nm (17 ft lb)
