Production:
The wheel bearing housing no longer has the groove for the circlip which is no longer used.

New front wheel bearing housing without groove for circlip are now installed during production.

Wheel-bearing housings (without grooves for circlip) P/N 443 421 023J/024J and 443 412 025K/026K can be installed on all vehicles being repaired. Use the 82 mm wheel bearing kit.
