Warranty - Repurchased Vehicle Information

REPURCHASED VEHICLE INFORMATION
To ensure that our dealers are aware of vehicles that have been repurchased, Volkswagen of America will place the following disclosure sticker on the inside of the windshield on all such units:
MANUFACTURER REPURCHASED VEHICLE
Special Warranty --- This vehicle was repurchased by the manufacturer. It is covered by a special 12 month/12,000 mile limited warranty provided by Volkswagen of America, Inc. Coverage begins upon retail sale. A "Repurchased Vehicle Disclosure" form, attached to the vehicle title, provides additional information. This warranty may run concurrent with remaining warranty originally provided by Volkswagen of America, Inc. (Refer to the Warranty booklet for details of the warranties in effect for this vehicle.)
In addition, the Service History screen has been changed to identify VWoA vehicle repurchase information. This information is in the Vehicle History showing 497000 as the DISTDLR and OPERATION "SCV2".
Warranty claims are submitted according to the Warranty Policies and Procedures manual and must include the "E" number on the Repurchased Vehicle Disclosure form in the comments. In the event a claim must be authorized, please contact your local Audi Service representative.
Instructions
Part I:
^ VWoA CR completes Part I of form
^ Forwards GOLD copy to appr0priate state offices within 10 days
^ Routes remainder of form to VCI Auction Representative.
Part II:
^ VCI Auction Representative completes Part II upon resale to VCI Auction Vehicle Buyer.
^ This part must be signed and dated by the VCI Auction Representative at the time the vehicle is transferred to the Auction Vehicle Buyer, a dealership or other facility or entity.
^ The signed form must be transferred with the vehicle.
Part III:
^ Auction Vehicle Buyer, Seller or Lessor completes at the time of sale or lease to the ultimate Consumer.
^ Auction Vehicle Buyer. Seller or Lessor must disclose the form in its entirety to the ultimate Consumer prior to purchase or lease of the vehicle.
^ The Auction Vehicle Buyer. Seller or Lessor indicates the current mileage and signs the form acknowledging disclosure was made to the Consumer, Retail Purchaser or Lessee.
Part IV:
^ The Consumer, Retail Purchaser or Lessee signs the form acknowledging disclosure has been made and receipt of this form.
^ The Auction Vehicle Buyer. Seller or Lessor provides PINK copy of this form to Consumer, Retail Purchaser or Lessee.
^ The Auction Vehicle Buyer. Seller or Lessor retains YELLOW copy in sales file for a period of 2 years or more depending on state law.
^ The Auction Vehicle Buyer. Seller or Lessor must, within 10 days of sale or lease of the vehicle, mail the WHITE copy of the form to:
