All models with 20 valve (7A Engines) are equipped with an M.P.I. engine control system. Under normal conditions this system should not need adjustments due to its permanent fault memory capability. However, if the system does require a manual adjustment for any reason, and the tamper-proof plug is removed, a different plastic "Color Coded" plug must be installed. This plug signifies that the system has been adjusted. Replacement plug P/N 054-129-777B.
