Cause: Environmental stress cracking.


Production: Application of special sealing compound at critical area.

Service: Replace bumper cover, P/N unchanged

- apply thick layer of acrylic clearcoat at area "a" and as much as possible coating under slide "b".

- Use: Adhesion agent ALO 822000.04
Clearcoat ALN 769000.10
Hardener ALZ 009002.06
Mixture Ratio 2:1

Note: Do not apply coat to sliding areas "c" and "d". Bumper cover must move freely.
